Advisor Enterprise Architect

ROLE SUMMARY

The Intersect Group is seeking an Enterprise Architect with a strong background in software development, cloud technologies, and artificial intelligence to help shape the future of enterprise technology strategy. This role will serve as a key technical leader responsible for defining architectural standards, evaluating emerging technologies, and driving modernization initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will partner with business and technology leaders to develop strategic roadmaps, design scalable solutions, and establish governance frameworks that support long term growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps, technology blueprints, and future state application strategies

• Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and enterprise adoption

• Lead strategic architectural decisions and design scalable, extensible, and secure enterprise solutions

• Establish and enforce architecture standards, governance frameworks, policies, and best practices

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across project teams and business initiatives

• Drive cloud modernization efforts including API development, integration modernization, and cloud migration initiatives

• Support the adoption of Generative AI, AI driven automation, machine learning, and intelligent workflow solutions

• Design automation frameworks and reusable capabilities that improve delivery speed, scalability, and operational efficiency

• Collaborate with stakeholders across technology and business functions to align enterprise architecture with organizational goals

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise technology solutions with at least 3+ years in an Enterprise Architect or similar architecture leadership role

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline

• Strong background in software development, systems engineering, enterprise applications, and technology solution architecture

• Extensive experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or multi cloud environments

• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise architecture domains including applications, data, integration, infrastructure, and security

• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, or related emerging technologies

• Experience developing and evaluating proof of concepts, technical prototypes, and enterprise technology strategies

• Knowledge of service oriented architecture, APIs, middleware platforms, and enterprise integration solutions

• Familiarity with modern development technologies including Java, Spring Boot, React, Angular, or related frameworks

• Experience operating within Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and leadership skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience helping define or build an enterprise AI practice or AI governance framework

• Exposure to Generative AI platforms, large language models, AI agents, or intelligent automation solutions

• Experience leading cloud transformation or enterprise modernization initiatives

• Knowledge of architecture frameworks and enterprise governance methodologies

• Proven ability to influence technical strategy across multiple business units and executive stakeholders
