We are seeking experienced Business Analyst 3 professionals to support a major initiative focused on building a new Medicaid application.
8+ years required in:
Vendor/project coordination
Requirements & project artifacts
System analysis & solution implementation
UAT, integration, acceptance & deployment
Risk identification & mitigation
HHS policies, procedures & standards
Preferred: TFS/ADO, Agile/SAFe, SharePoint, MS Office/Copilot, enterprise integrations, cloud solutions, Texas HHSC/Medicaid/CHIP experience, and state-level project portfolio management.
