Job Description Position Summary ECS is seeking a Power BI Architect - SME to support the Army National Guard ENOCS program by designing and implementing advanced enterprise reporting architectures and business intelligence frameworks. The selected candidate will play a critical role in developing data models, governance standards, and dashboard strategies that enhance executive reporting and operational decision-making capabilities. This position is integral to ensuring that the ARNG's data analytics initiatives align with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity policies, and data governance requirements.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities - Design and implement enterprise reporting architectures utilizing Power BI and related analytics platforms.
- Establish and maintain data models and governance standards to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Develop dashboard strategies and performance optimization approaches for enhanced reporting.
- Coordinate with data engineers, application developers, and business stakeholders to integrate data sources.
- Ensure data integrity and deliver scalable analytics solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Support executive reporting and operational decision-making through advanced business intelligence frameworks.
- Lead the development of performance optimization strategies to enhance data analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and data governance requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of business intelligence frameworks that support enterprise-wide initiatives.

- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 632-Systems Developer at the Intermediate proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): CSSLP, GCLD, GSEC
- Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
- Extensive experience in supporting enterprise data analytics and reporting architecture within DoD or Federal IT environments
- Demonstrated expertise in designing business intelligence frameworks using Microsoft Power BI
- Proven ability to coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions
- Experience in establishing data governance standards and dashboard strategies
- Ability to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity policies
Desired Skills Desired Qualifications - Clearance: Active Secret preferred
- Experience with integrating data sources and ensuring data integrity in a DoD environment
- Familiarity with ARNG or similar military IT environments
- Advanced knowledge of performance optimization techniques for business intelligence platforms
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
- Experience supporting C.5.2.11 or similar sections within DoD contracts
