Job Description
We are seeking an experienced GenAI Python Agent Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI-powered agents supporting Quality Engineering initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python and Generative AI, along with experience developing AI agents, FastAPI applications, microservices, Docker-based deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents and GenAI solutions using Python.
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions supporting Quality Engineering initiatives.
- Build and maintain APIs using FastAPI and microservices architecture.
- Develop scalable and maintainable backend services.
- Containerize applications using Docker.
- Deploy and manage applications through CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize AI-powered applications for reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and Quality Engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- Support integration of GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications and testing workflows.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and deployment issues.
- Follow modern software engineering and DevOps practices.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Strong experience with Generative AI and AI agent development.
- Experience developing microservices.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI.
- Strong understanding of Docker and containerization.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and application deployment.
- Strong software development, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and Quality Engineering teams.
