Summary




A nationally recognized biotech organization is seeking a Business Analyst in the United States to support business analysis, requirements management, and Model N application initiatives.


About the Opportunity:




  • Shift: Day




  • Schedule: Monday to Friday




  • Hours: Standard business




  • Setting: Remote




Responsibilities:




  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for Model N enhancements and projects




  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders to understand pricing, contracting, rebate, and compliance needs




  • Develop business process flows, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria




  • Support implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Model N applications and modules




  • Coordinate testing, validation, and user acceptance activities while partnering with technical teams and leadership




Qualifications:




  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including 3+ years of hands-on experience with Model N applications





  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field





  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical pricing, government pricing, rebates, chargebacks, contract management, and revenue management processes




  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements




  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies




  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills




Desired Skills:




  • Experience with Model N Revenue Cloud or Model N Flex




  • Understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, 340B, AMP, BP, and government pricing regulations





  • Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries





  • Experience working in GxP-regulated environments




  • Familiarity with ERP integrations, including SAP and Oracle




  • Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques
