Job Title: Oracle CPQ Lead
Location: Onshore / Remote (US)
Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possible Extension)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Lead to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate will lead CPQ initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable quoting and pricing solutions.

This role requires strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle CPQ, along with experience integrating CPQ with enterprise systems such as Oracle CRM and Oracle ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle CPQ solutions.

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to quoting, pricing, and product configuration.

• Configure CPQ components including product configuration, pricing rules, approvals, and workflows.

• Develop and maintain custom scripts using BML and CPQ APIs.

• Integrate Oracle CPQ with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.

• Troubleshoot CPQ issues, optimize system performance, and implement enhancements.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, sales operations teams, and technical architects.

• Ensure adherence to best practices, governance standards, and documentation requirements.

• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior CPQ developers or analysts.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience working with Oracle CPQ implementations.

• Strong experience in CPQ configuration, BML scripting, and commerce processes.

• Experience integrating CPQ with CRM and ERP systems.

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and data integrations.

• Strong understanding of product configuration, pricing models, and approval workflows.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud or Salesforce integrations.

• Exposure to cloud architecture and enterprise integrations.

• Prior experience leading CPQ implementation projects.

• Oracle CPQ certifications (preferred).
