Job Description
We are seeking a Data Analyst / BI Analyst / Business Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team within Application Production Services Engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analytics, executive reporting, and visualization and a proven ability to quantify organizational effectiveness, optimize processes, and communicate insights to senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, normalize, and analyze key metrics across Engineering organizations to measure effectiveness.
- Develop and publish executive-ready dashboards and reports for senior management.
- Evolve reporting from current-state views to optimization insights and recommendations.
- Craft clear data-driven narratives that articulate organizational value to the Senior Leadership Team and CIO partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or Salesforce Tableau for visualization.
- Hands-on skills with Python or data modeling languages for dataset normalization and automation.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Jira for metrics sourcing and workflow insights.
- Strong critical thinking and the ability to communicate across organizational levels.
- 2+ years in data analytics or MBA/Master's equivalency.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading cross-functional alignment to produce a single executive narrative.
- Ability to adopt new processes and technologies in evolving business environments.
