Required Skills: 
•    Experience working with NC DHHS or other state government health and human services organizations.
•    Direct experience supporting Medicaid, healthcare, public health, or human services programs.
•    Experience with RHTP Initiative 6 or similar large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives.
•    Experience implementing privacy and security by design within technology and business initiatives.
•    Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST Privacy Framework, NIST SP 800-53, or similar security/privacy frameworks.
•    Experience Performing risk assessments based on NIST 800-53 Rev 5..
•    Knowledge of Federal Requirements such as HIPAA Security Rule and Privacy Rule implementation
•    Experience in reviewing RFP, RFQ, MOU and MOA for privacy and security regulatory requirements for RHTP Initiative 6
