Role Summary

Seeking a Senior SAP CTRM Consultant to lead SAP Commodity Management (CM), CPE, and CTRM solutions for global transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of SAP experience, including 3+ years in SAP CM, CPE, CTRM, and Hedge Accounting.
  • Strong expertise in commodity trading, risk management, logistics, and accounting.
  • Experience with functional analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and PoCs.
  • Integration experience with MM, SD, TSW, TRM, and FI/CO.
  • Experience leading SAP functional workstreams on large-scale implementations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred

  • Multiple SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of S/4HANA, commodity industry KPIs, and pre-sales support.
  • Experience managing large teams and program financials.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • U.S. work authorization required (No visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP CM/CTRM solution design, implementation, and enhancements.
  • Drive end-to-end commodity trading and risk management processes.
  • Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and prepare functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions.
  • Manage project deliverables, risks, and timelines while mentoring project teams.
