Job Title: Director ERP & EDI
Job Summary
The Director of ERP & EDI will be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and governance of the organization's ERP systems and EDI platforms. This role ensures seamless integration of internal business processes with external trading partners, customers, and suppliers, enabling efficient data exchange across the enterprise.
Job Experience
. Experienced with Wholesale, and footwear industry specific ERPs (Bluecherry, RLM, Aptean ) . Experienced with navigating heterogeneous systems and data integrations.
. Skilled at troubleshooting complex process flows.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Strategy & Management
Define and execute the enterprise ERP roadmap aligned with business and IT strategies.
Lead ERP implementations, upgrades and system integrations.
Ability to work with cross-functional leads to optimize operational processes.
EDI Strategy & Trading Partner Integration
Manage and support customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and third parties.
Oversee EDI onboarding, mapping, testing, certification, and production support for trading partners.
Manage EDI transaction flows, monitoring, exception handling.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team.
Foster a culture of continuous learning.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
Monitor ERP and EDI system performance
Drive automation, standardization, and process optimization.
