Location: Iowa (Full-time, Permanent)

Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 plus full benefits, vehicle allowance or company vehicle, and tools

A growing imaging service organization supporting hospitals and outpatient providers with advanced diagnostic imaging equipment service and support. The team is known for dependable coverage, strong technical standards, and long term relationships built on responsiveness and trust.

Role Overview:

This Field Service Engineer position covers sites across Iowa with regular regional travel. You will service and support CT and MRI systems, completing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective repairs to maintain high uptime. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and software related faults, managing parts and follow up visits, documenting all service activity, and communicating clearly with clinical, biomedical, and radiology leadership. You may also support system checks, calibrations, and upgrades depending on customer requirements.

Key Requirements:
Field service experience supporting CT and or MRI systems in a hospital or outpatient environment
Strong working knowledge of electronics, mechanical systems, and troubleshooting methodologies
Comfortable operating independently with a regional travel schedule across Iowa
Valid driver's license and ability to meet on call and service response expectations as needed
