Summary
Core Role Summary
Seeking a Business Analyst III to evaluate and modernize enterprise Power BI reporting environments while supporting IAM-related initiatives and enterprise analytics programs. This role focuses heavily on requirements gathering, stakeholder management, Power BI dashboard redevelopment, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a banking and security-focused environment.
Must Have Skills
• Hands-on Power BI dashboard development • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Requirements gathering and stakeholder communication • Meeting facilitation and project coordination • Data modeling and reporting optimization • Critical thinking and process evaluation • SDLC and release management understanding • Executive reporting and dashboard creation
