Job Title: AI Solutions Architect

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid 4 Days Onsite)

Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an AI Engineer on behalf of our client in Washington, DC. This role involves designing and developing scalable, secure, cloud-based AI solutions leveraging modern Large Language Models (LLMs) and enterprise cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI/ML development, cloud architecture, and generative AI technologies, with a focus on building intelligent applications that enhance search and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, secure cloud architectures for AI-driven enterprise applications
Develop solutions leveraging LLMs, vector databases, and embeddings
Build and maintain applications using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise search and user-facing applications
Work with Azure and Google Cloud platforms to deploy and manage solutions
Ensure data security, compliance, and governance in AI implementations
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using tools like Splunk and App Insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance and mentorship
Create and maintain technical documentation and architecture designs
Stay current with emerging AI trends and technologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
3 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and implementation
Strong programming skills in Python
Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI
Hands-on experience with:
- LangChain, LangGraph
- Vector databases and embeddings
- Agentic AI or AI-driven workflows
Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform
Knowledge of cloud-native and hybrid application development

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building enterprise search or AI-powered platforms
Familiarity with AI governance and prompt engineering
Knowledge of distributed systems and caching technologies
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Experience mentoring or leading technical teams
