The work: As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive end-to-end integration solutions. You will lead client discussions to define integration requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure alignment between business processes and supporting applications.
Key Responsibilities: - Architect and deliver scalable integration solutions across Salesforce Health Cloud and CPQ.
- Lead client engagements to understand business objectives, define requirements, and translate them into robust technology solutions.
- Map business processes to applications, define data entities, and select the appropriate integration technologies, components, and patterns.
- Design the overall integration architecture, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and provide technical leadership to the development team.
- Guide and mentor team members, drive architectural decisions, and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, contributing to key solution and design decisions across projects.
- Develop innovative solutions to problems that span multiple systems or teams.
Location Requirement: This role requires on-site presence at the local ATC office in Chesterbrook, PA 2-3 times per week.
What you need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce development, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce CPQ
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if you have:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring development teams and delivering Salesforce solutions within healthcare environments.
- Strong technical expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the Salesforce Platform.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
