Introduction:
The SAP Vistex position involves configuring, customizing, and supporting SAP Application SAP Pricing Vistex. The role requires expertise in Electronic Data Interchange, Intellectual Property, Invoices, Management, Mapping, Pricing, Purchase Orders, Purchasing, Rebates, SAP, SAP ABAP, SAP FI, SAP MM, SAP SD, Sales, System Requirements, Testing, User Exit, and Vistex.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and support SAP Application SAP Pricing Vistex
- Handle EDI 844 (claims), 845 (Agreements), 849 (Settlements), 867 (End User Sales/Sales Tracing) related to Billback, Chargebacks, Sales rebates, Purchasing rebates
- Configure Purchase order notification (EDI 850 outbound), EDI 856 (Advance shipment notification inbound), EDI 810 (Vendor invoice inbound)
- Configuration of Vistex to support Agreements, Memberships, flexible groups, composite workbench
- Configure Claims, Claim types, Date Types, Copy Controls, Claim Resolution, Claim Status, Posting Blocks, Item Statuses, Claim Origins, Rejection Reasons, Action Codes, and Adjustment Codes
- Configure IP documents, claim documents, settlement profiles, and copy controls between various documents
- Configure Vistex Billbacks module including agreements, pricing, memberships, claims, settlements, and IP documents
- Lead a team effectively with excellent work/time management skills and cross-functional awareness
- Understand ABAP terms like Routines, Requirements, User Exits, Debugging, and Data flow
- Utilize Standard SD, MM, FI, Pricing transactions
- Engage in technical discussions with key stakeholders and interact with Technical SMEs
- Troubleshoot effectively and communicate well
- Coordinate with offshore teams
- Document system Specifications, Functional System Requirements, and Development Specifications
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Experience in configuring, customizing, and supporting SAP Application SAP Pricing Vistex
- Proficiency in EDI processes including 844, 845, 849, and 867
- Knowledge of Purchase order notifications and EDI mappings
- Strong understanding of Vistex configuration for Agreements, Memberships, and composite workbench
- Ability to configure Claims, IP documents, and settlement profiles
- Leadership skills with excellent work/time management abilities
- Good grasp of ABAP terms and Standard SD, MM, FI, Pricing transactions
- Effective troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience in documenting system specifications and requirements
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling Vistex Billbacks module
- Technical expertise in SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP FI
- Previous experience in offshore coordination
- Knowledge of Intellectual Property management
- Experience in User Exit configurations
