Role: Senior React Developer

Location: Stamford, CT/ Atlanta, GA/ SFO, CA & Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid role- 3days in office)

Duration: Long Term

JD:

•              Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of React JS developers.

•              Drive architectural decisions and establish best practices for front-end development.

•              Lead the design and implementation of complex and scalable React JS applications.

•              Ensure the delivery of high-quality, well-tested, and performant code.

•              Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers, fostering their technical growth.

•              Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and prototypes into functional code.

•              Work with backend engineers to define and integrate APIs seamlessly.

•              Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

•              Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve the development process.

•              Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues.

•              Contribute to the planning and estimation of development tasks.

•              Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React JS and front-end development.

Requirements:

•              Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

•              Proven experience in a lead or senior role, providing technical guidance to a team.

•              Deep understanding of React JS principles, component lifecycle, and state management (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand). 

• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI/UX design.
• Hands-on experience with Material-UI, Styled Component, Webpack, Rollup, Storybook, React-Router-Dom (In depth to handle parent to child routing), Dom manipulation
