Position Overview
We are seeking a Technology Analyst to support the evaluation, development, and improvement of technology standards, tools, and processes within a manufacturing and engineering environment. This role will focus on identifying opportunities to enhance technology solutions, testing alternative approaches, and supporting implementation across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, analytical mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing technology standards, tools, and processes and recommend improvements.
- Evaluate and propose alternative technologies or solutions to relevant stakeholders.
- Test and validate new technologies through pilot programs or proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Support implementation of new technologies across teams and departments.
- Provide training, guidance, and technical coaching to internal users on newly implemented solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate technology performance and recommend enhancements when necessary.
- Contribute to the design and development of technology solutions for new products and applications.
- Assist in developing guidelines, tools, and processes that support operational efficiency.

- Ability to apply technical knowledge to real-world operational challenges.
- Experience contributing to process improvements, system enhancements, or technical projects.
- Some experience with modeling, analysis tools, or technical documentation is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
