Location: Richardson, TX (Day 1 Onsite — 3-day Hybrid schedule)

Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Full-Stack AI Developer to join a fast-paced product team building intelligent internal applications. You will own the entire stack — from pixel-perfect UI to data layer — and integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities using Snowflake Cortex and the Claude API. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to ship meaningful features quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build end-to-end applications using Next.js and TypeScript, from UI through the data layer
Develop and maintain backend APIs and services with Node.js and NestJS
Architect and optimise the Snowflake data layer including Views, Dynamic Tables, and complex CTEs for performance at scale
Integrate AI-assisted features powered by Snowflake Cortex Analyst and the Claude API
Build new features and iterate on existing internal applications in close partnership with product and business teams
Implement Redis caching strategies and REST API design best practices
Manage containerised deployments using Docker and Docker Compose

Required Skills

React / Next.js with TypeScript — production-grade UI development
Snowflake SQL — complex CTEs, Dynamic Tables, Views, query optimisation
NestJS / Node.js — backend API and service development
Redis caching
REST API design and optimisation
Docker / Docker Compose
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of full-stack development experience

Preferred Skills

Snowflake Cortex / Cortex Analyst
ETL pipeline design (SharePoint / CSV ingestion)
Salesforce data model familiarity (Account IDs, object relationships)
AWS (EC2, Secrets Manager)
LangGraph / AI agent pipeline design

Location & Work Model

Richardson, TX — Day 1 onsite required; 3-day hybrid schedule thereafter.
