Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale Life & Annuities insurance modernization and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder management, governance, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD processes, and application modernization efforts. Strong experience managing offshore/onshore teams, vendors, risks, and enterprise technology programs is required.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of Technical Project/Program Management experience
- Life & Annuities Insurance experience (Required)
- PMP and/or Agile Certification
- Enterprise Digital Transformation & Modernization Programs
- Stakeholder, Vendor, Risk & Governance Management
- Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
- CI/CD, DevOps, Release Management
