SailPoint Developer will be responsible for designing and developing custom SailPoint solutions, as well as providing support and maintenance for existing SailPoint implementations. This role requires troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and optimizing performance to ensure robust and secure identity management across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
• Configure SailPoint to meet business needs using declarative features such as workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SailPoint implementations, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SailPoint solutions.
• Maintain documentation of SailPoint configurations, integrations, and enhancements.
• Integrate SailPoint IDN with out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom connectors, including Active Directory (AD), LDAP, Azure AD, Workday, web services, REST APIs, and other enterprise applications.
Required Skills:
• Proficient experience with SailPoint development tools, including scripting, Transforms, Visual Studio Code, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of SailPoint architecture and best practices.
• Expertise in SailPoint APIs for integration and customization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team or Agile setting.
• Strong technical skills and adaptability to a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for clear and accurate information exchange.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, core and business online banking platforms.
Required Experience:
• 7+ years of hands-on SailPoint experience.
• SailPoint Certification preferred.
• Visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, or thoroughness of assigned work.
• Frequent communication with peers within own department and other departments.
• Ability to exchange accurate information efficiently and effectively.
