Software Engineer (Contingent Worker) - Chandler, AZ
About the Role

As a contingent Software Engineer, you will contribute to medium-complexity engineering initiatives and support large-scale project planning. You will analyze technical challenges, evaluate multiple variables to identify solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality engineering outcomes. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, solid technical judgment, and the ability to work effectively within established engineering processes, policies, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities

Partner with engineering teams to support moderately complex software development initiatives.
Participate in project planning and contribute to technical deliverables across the software engineering lifecycle.
Review, analyze, and troubleshoot engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation and thoughtful problem-solving.
Collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues and ensure alignment with engineering standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Provide consultative support to client stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement across engineering workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent experience demonstrated through any of the following:
- Professional or consulting experience
- Technical training or certification
- Military experience
- Relevant education
