We are seeking a passionate and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school community for the 2026–2027 academic year. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative multidisciplinary team while helping students from Preschool through 8th grade build communication skills, confidence, and academic success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 37 students across PK–8 grade levels.
  • Provide speech and language therapy services for students with Mild/Moderate and Moderate/Severe needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
  • Conduct evaluations, progress monitoring, and maintain compliant documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student growth.
  • Adapt therapy techniques and instructional approaches to meet diverse cultural and linguistic needs.
  • Support students’ academic, social-emotional, and communication development.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team collaboration, and professional development activities.
  • Promote inclusive learning practices within general education settings.

Qualifications

  • Active Colorado Special Services Provider License with School SLP endorsement required.
  • Experience managing mixed caseloads in a school-based setting preferred.
  • Passion for supporting culturally and linguistically diverse learners.
  • CLD endorsement or related coursework preferred.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centered services.
