Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist to support collections and reporting activities. Under general supervision, this role works closely with internal teams and clients to collect past-due invoices while maintaining positive client relationships. This position offers strong exposure to enterprise finance operations and opportunities for long-term career growth.

Training will begin onsite, and equipment will be provided at the start of the assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect past-due invoices while maintaining strong client relationships
• Collaborate with Cash Application and offshore Collections teams
• Assist with the development, documentation, and implementation of collection procedures and process improvements
• Provide feedback and guidance to offshore Collections team members
• Analyze and report on past-due invoice trends, identifying risk levels and root causes of non-payment
• Collaborate with onshore team members to improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and SOX requirements

• Microsoft Excel (primary)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook)
• Enterprise financial systems (training provided)

Required Qualifications

• 1 3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, finance, or a related field
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree
• Prior experience with reporting and project-based work
• Strong attention to detail
