Job Title: Senior SmartCOMM Developer

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SmartCOMM Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level communication templates, documentation, and correspondence solutions for complex business systems. This role will also provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to junior developers while ensuring scalable, high-performance SmartCOMM implementations that integrate seamlessly with enterprise platforms such as CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities
SmartCOMM Solution Design & Development
- Design, develop, and enhance SmartCOMM templates, layouts, style sets, and data models.
- Build and maintain enterprise documentation and correspondence frameworks across multiple communication channels.
- Translate functional business requirements into scalable SmartCOMM technical solutions.
Data Modeling & Processing
- Develop efficient SmartCOMM data models to support high-volume document generation.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and optimized processing performance.
- Optimize templates and data structures for scalability and maintainability.
Testing, Validation & Quality Assurance
- Conduct unit testing, system validation, and quality assurance activities for SmartCOMM outputs.
- Troubleshoot defects and ensure reliable document generation across environments.
System Integration
- Integrate SmartCOMM solutions with enterprise systems, including CRM and other backend platforms.
- Support data exchange, automation workflows, and end-to-end communication delivery.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
- Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business analysts, architects, QA teams, and project managers.
- Contribute to solution architecture, best practices, and development standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with SmartCOMM template design, data modeling, and document generation.
- Proven experience developing enterprise correspondence management solutions.
- Experience integrating SmartCOMM with CRM or other enterprise systems.
- Solid understanding of testing, validation, and performance optimization for document solutions.
- Ability to mentor developers and provide technical leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Must be local to Phoenix, AZ and available for hybrid onsite work.
