Apex Systems is currently hiring for a LoanIQ Production Support Analyst with one of our large Banking clients.

Location: Hybrid - IRVING, TX

Onsite expectation: 3 days onsite per week/2 days remote

Pay range: $65-$68+/HR

Contract Length: 12+ months

Job Description

Looking for LoanIQ experts who can resolve issues from their users.

• Provide technical support and guidance to users and stakeholders regarding the Loan IQ platform.
• Troubleshoot complex LoanIQ system issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and maintenance procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Must Have

• Strong front end LIQ knowledge
• Operations knowledge
• ServiceNow Experience

The Ideal Candidate

• Does not need to have Production Support experience - BUT must have a deep front-knowledge of LoanIQ through extensive, daily-use.
• Be an out of the box thinker, tinkerer, and problem solver.
