Identity And Security Engineer

• Manage and secure enterprise identity infrastructure by administering Active Directory, PKI, and cloud-based security solutions.
• Drive automation, enforce security policies, and support authentication systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Strong experience with Active Directory including domain controllers, replication, and security hardening.
• Expertise in Active Directory Certificate Services and Public Key Infrastructure.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
• Knowledge of enterprise security principles and identity management.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Active Directory environments.
• Manage Active Directory Certificate Services and PKI infrastructure.
• Support federation services and identity provider integrations.
• Implement and maintain data protection and identity security solutions.
• Utilize auditing and recovery tools for policy and security management.
• Configure and manage hardware security modules for cryptographic operations.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Ensure secure authentication using Kerberos and related technologies.
• Design and enforce group policies for security compliance.
• Develop automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide on-call support for critical identity and security services.
• Participate in agile team activities and cross-functional collaboration.

Skills:

• Active Directory administration and security.
• ADCS and Public Key Infrastructure.
• Kerberos authentication, SPNs, and Keytab management.
• Group Policy Objects configuration and troubleshooting.
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Azure Information Protection and identity security.
• Quest tools including Change Auditor, RMAD, and GPOAdmin.
• Hardware Security Module configuration and key management.
• AWS cloud and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field preferred.

Experience:

• Experience managing enterprise identity and security environments.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and automation preferred.
• Experience working in agile teams and cross-functional environments preferred.
