Summary
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.
- Act as the liaison between business users and Salesforce development teams.
- Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution discussions.
- Analyze and improve quoting, pricing, discounting, approval workflows, and sales processes.
- Create functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to deliver scalable solutions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and production deployments.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.
- Ensure successful implementation of Salesforce CPQ enhancements and integrations.
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Salesforce Business Analyst.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong experience with Quoting, Pricing, Product Configuration, and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience creating user stories, business process flows, and functional documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
