Technical Consultant - Service Now configuration/development
The ServiceNow Technical Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and developing solutions within ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Employee Center to meet business requirements.
They translate functional requirements into scalable, maintainable technical configurations and ensure seamless integration with external systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, CSOD, Concur).
Responsibilities and deliverables
- Configure & build HR solutions in ServiceNow HRSD and Employee Center (forms, catalog items, workflows)
Automate HR processes such as case routing, approvals, and task management
Enhance the Employee Center experience (portal layout, navigation, action items)
Develop integrations with external systems for Employee Center tasks dashboard (e.g., SuccessFactors, CSOD, Concur)
Manage HR data and platform setup (tables, fields, security, data integrity)
Support testing and deployments, including issue resolution
Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams
