Location: Greenville, SC – hybrid--Need Locals or Near-by

Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:

·         Business Analysts with strong Guidewire Policy Center experience, specifically someone who has worked in Commercial Trucking and can support us as part of an upcoming initiatives and enactment work.

·         We are looking for a BA who brings not only solid functional knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter, but also a strong understanding of the commercial trucking insurance domain. The ideal person should be able to work closely with our business and technology teams, understand product and operational needs, translate those into clear requirements, and help drive execution effectively.

·         More specifically, we are looking for someone who can support in areas such as:

·         Requirement gathering and business process understanding

·         Translating business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories

·         Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and architects

·         Supporting backlog refinement, acceptance criteria definition, and delivery readiness

·         Bringing practical understanding of PolicyCenter configuration and business process impacts

·         Helping bridge the gap between business expectations and technology execution

·         Contributing domain insight, especially where commercial trucking workflows, policy structures, and underwriting considerations are involved

·         It would be especially valuable if the individual has prior experience supporting initiatives involving product configuration, policy lifecycle changes, underwriting workflows, integrations, forms/document impacts, or other related PolicyCenter implementations within the commercial trucking space.

·         Given the nature of the work, we are preferably looking for someone who can be onsite and work closely with the team, collaborating directly with both business and IT stakeholders.
