Summary
Location: Chicago, IL Local candidates only / Onsite Day 1
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: $57/hr max C2C/1099 | $50 $52/hr W2
Key Requirements:
- Strong QA Automation Lead experience with hands-on leadership.
- Experience managing/coordinating Onshore & Offshore QA teams.
- Strong knowledge of Test Planning, Test Strategy, and QA processes.
- Hands-on API Automation Testing using Rest Assured and ReadyAPI.
- Strong experience with Selenium and automation scripting.
- Good programming skills in Java or another programming language.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of Access Management.
- Excellent communication skills with Dev, Client, and Onsite teams.
- Ability to independently manage projects and work closely with onsite counterparts.
Top priority: QA Automation Lead + Rest Assured/API Automation + Selenium + Onshore/Offshore team coordination + Test Strategy/Planning.
