Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Service and repair residential air conditioning systems, including central air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, and heat pumps.

  • Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Accurately identify and resolve HVAC system issues.

  • Routine Inspections: Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.

  • Customer Interaction: Build trust through clear, professional communication while explaining issues and solutions.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of services performed.

  • Safety and Standards: Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure compliance.

  • Stay Sharp: Keep up with industry advancements and standards to continuously deliver the best service.

Qualifications:

  • Experience Matters: At least 3+ years as an HVAC Service Technician focusing on residential systems.

  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair methods.

  • Customer Focus: Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

  • Certifications Required: EPA certification and a valid HVAC technician license.

  • Reliability: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

  • Clean Record: Valid driver?s license and a clean driving history.

  • Service Titan experience preferred.
