SCM - Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Functional Consultant

6+ Months – Remote with travel to Austin, TX as needed.

Job Description:

· Lead the PLM workstream migrating legacy Agile PLM processes and data into Oracle Fusion. Define and govern product data, design structures, item/BOM relationships, and product-definition standards.

· Lead product change request, change order, approval, and publishing workflows.

· Drive design, prototyping, product readiness, commercialization, and launch processes in the new platform.

· Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and IT to align process decisions and integrations.

· Ensure PLM design supports quality controls, corrective actions, and end-of-life/retirement planning.

· Facilitate design workshops, manage decisions and scope changes, and prepare the business for testing and adoption.

· Provide functional leadership to the OCS delivery team through validation, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.

· Serve as the cross-workstream PLM lead, coordinating product data, change, and release dependencies across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, commercial, and integration teams.
