Threat Implementation Engineer

Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of hands on engineering experience with enterprise Threat solutions in large scale or financial environments.
• Deep engineering experience in Threat platforms, including design, low level engineering, deployment, and optimization of new hardware and software systems.
• Hands on experience upgrading software/hardware, building, operating, and deploying Threat platforms including:
o SkyHigh Secure Web Gateway
o F5 SSLO
o Trellix FireEye
o Blue Coat ProxySG / Secure Web Gateway
• Strong understanding of DMZ networking, secure network segmentation, and Cisco routing/switching.
• Proven ability to lead technical planning, risk mitigation, and deployment sequencing for complex Threat implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to follow refined processes with strong attention to detail while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical issues for non technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to volunteer for high impact work, take ownership of deliverables, and proactively escalate risks.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required to support change activity.
