Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React.js, and modern cloud-native technologies to join a fast-paced engineering team supporting critical trading, risk management, and financial services applications. The ideal candidate will have experience designing scalable enterprise applications, developing RESTful services, and building responsive front-end solutions in a financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
- Implement secure coding standards, performance tuning, and application monitoring.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and production support activities.
- Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices for automated deployments.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17.
- Extensive experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.
- Strong expertise in Microservices architecture and REST API development.
- Front-end development experience using React.js, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience with Git, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Trading, Risk, or Asset Management domains.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and containerization technologies.
- Experience with Kafka, MQ, or event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
