Key Responsibilities Wireless Deployment & Project Support Support large-scale wireless AP installation across 75+ locations Review survey information to generate site specific SOWs Build and configure locations within the Meraki dashboard Assist with basic switch configurations and network setup tasks Coordinate hardware shipment logistics (packing, labeling, tracking, receiving) Track deployment progress and maintain accurate records of site completion Partner with project managers and internal teams to meet deployment timelines Escalate complex technical issues to senior network engineers Firewall Refresh & Project Support Support the firewall refresh deployment at 100 locations Configure FortiGate firewalls utilizing existing processes and scripts Coordinate hardware shipment logistics (packing, labeling, tracking, receiving) Assist in confirmation tasks related to the installation of new firewalls Assist in troubleshooting network issues, identifying root causes, and escalating when needed Track deployment progress and maintain accurate records of site completion Partner with project managers and internal teams to meet deployment timelines Escalate complex technical issues to senior network engineers Administrative & Coordination Support Maintain detailed documentation of network environments and deployment activities Track weekly progress metrics Manage multiple workstreams across multiple deployments Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
