Job Description: (Experience: 10+ Years)

• Lead cloud-first architecture for core banking, commercial lending, and regulatory compliance in high-volume enterprise environments. Drive migration strategies, secure executive buy-in, and deliver $3M+ in cloud revenue through optimization and enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own cloud and data architecture for financial lines of business, including core banking, commercial lending, LOS integration, KYC, and API-driven loan fulfillment.
• Excel in federal audits (DoD/FedRamp/NIST/ITAR), lead architecture review boards, and champion Well-Architected Frameworks (WAF) with cloud best practices across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform.
• Translate C-suite vision into actionable architectures; secure cloud agreements, accelerate GenAI adoption, craft data governance, and implement layered security with CISO collaboration.
• Architect event-driven data designs (DataBricks), high-performance grids (Redis/Gemfire NoSQL), nCino/iPaaS integrations, ACBS AP for SBA loans, and RPA for data tasks.
• Brainstorm GenAI use cases (embeddings, RAG, agentic AI, prompt engineering); address Section 1071/CECL, BSA/AML compliance; evaluate vendors via LeanIX/EDI standards.
• Partner with business leaders on AI/ML deployments (DataRobot, K8s), cloud security posture (Defender), containerization, and high-performance computing for data silos.
• Influence board-level standards, publish thought leadership, and drive GTM strategies for capital markets, including RFP responses and practice growth.

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years in cloud enterprise solutions, with proven $3M+ revenue impact via enablement/optimization for enterprise clients.
• Bachelor's in Technology/Engineering (B.Tech Mechanical or equivalent); advanced degrees preferred.
• Certifications: Microsoft Azure Certified Expert (Cloud Solutions), AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Linux Foundation Certified SA (LFCS), DataRobot Citizen Data Scientist.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Cloud & Infra: Azure Government (MAG), CSA CCM, identity/subscriptions/governance, cloud-native patterns, containerization, high-volume migrations (4M ops/sec sub-ms latency).
• Data & AI: GenAI (RAG, embeddings, chunking, agentic), ML models (credit risk, fraud, portfolio), DataBricks, RedisLabs, high-performance clusters/NoSQL.
• Banking Domain: Core banking/commercial lending workflows, regulatory (Section 1071/CECL/BSA/AML), nCino/ACBS integrations, life insurance platforms.
• Leadership: Trusted C-suite advisor, EA governance, vendor negotiations, thought leadership publication.
