Job Summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an experienced Workday Test Lead / Test Manager with a strong Healthcare background to lead the overall Workday Testing Program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing end-to-end testing for large-scale Workday implementations, ensuring quality across all workstreams, modules, integrations, and releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Workday Test Program, including test strategy, planning, governance, execution, and reporting.
• Manage end-to-end testing across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Finance, and Integrations.
• Oversee Functional, Integration, End-to-End (E2E), Regression, User Acceptance (UAT), and Production Validation testing.
• Coordinate testing activities across business, functional, technical, and third-party teams.
• Drive defect management, risk mitigation, test metrics, and executive status reporting.
• Ensure successful testing for Workday implementations, enhancements, and biannual releases.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of QA/Test Management experience, including 7+ years leading enterprise Workday testing programs.
• Strong Healthcare industry experience is required.
• Proven expertise managing large-scale Workday program testing from planning through production deployment.
• Strong experience with test governance, release management, defect tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and executive communication skills.
