The Team The Tax People Operations team is comprised of talented professionals dedicated to fostering employee growth and performance. You will focus on leveraging your technical and analytical skills to enhance reporting processes and provide actionable insights to leadership. How you will contribute - Partner with Tax's Global People Development team, People Business Partners, and stakeholders to support our performance development lifecycle, driving continuous improvement in processes, tools, and capabilities to foster a high-performance culture and strong career development outcomes,
- Manage the end-to-end performance development cycles and technology including goal setting, year-end evaluations, and calibration meetings
- Partner with Tax's People Development team, People Business Partners, and stakeholders to ensure consistent application and adoption of performance development processes and standards
- Recommend performance tool and process enhancements to improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
- Leverage performance data, trend analysis, and benchmarking research to generate intuitive, actionable insights and recommend evidence-based strategies to strengthen engagement. Serve as the main point of contact for performance process inquiries and troubleshoot issues with feedback forms and performance reviews.
- Create and deliver training materials on performance processes and systems.
- Support special projects that require data analysis and additional assignments as needed.
Qualifications: - A bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university
- 3-5 years of experience in performance development and employee engagement
- Experience in large, matrixed and global organizations preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with expertise in PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint, as well as the ability to adapt to new software programs
- Excellent project management skills - ability to drive projects from design through implementation while keeping stakeholders engaged and informed
- Strong technical and analytical skills with familiarity with HRIS systems
- Ability to independently prioritize workload
- Demonstrate initiative and manage multiple, competing priorities with attention to detail
- Passionate about learning and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels of an organization and coordinate across teams
- Seeks out opportunities to understand others' experiences, perspectives and differences

The salary range is $80,000 - $100,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
