<>Responsibilities- Conduct technical analysis and develop software solutions by closely collaborating with stakeholders.
- Actively participate in Agile teams to create and implement full stack applications.
- Design and implement microservices architectures utilizing Java and Spring Boot.
- Review and improve business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Engage in code management and version control using Git, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Guide and mentor junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and team growth.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong relational database design and optimization skills with SQL.
- Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or MQ technologies.
- Knowledge in developing RESTful APIs and SOAP services.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
- Experience with Spring Batch for handling large-scale data processing.
- Previous experience working in cloud-native environments.
- Background in consulting or client-facing roles is advantageous.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and handle multiple priorities.
