An SAP Service Delivery Manager who has managed ECC support engagements, handled vendor transitions, worked in an onsite-offshore model, and regularly interacted with client stakeholders while tracking KPIs.
We are looking for an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to support our client in the Semiconductor Manufacturing industry. This is a client-facing, leadership role focused on SAP delivery, transitions, and stakeholder management.
Job Description:
- Experience working on SAP ECC Transitions and takeover from incumbent vendors. Experience with S/4 transitions will be nice to have.
- worked in Client-facing roles and on the Onshore-Offshore model, as this will need continuous interactions and coordination with the India team.
- Managed KPIs and periodic reporting to HCL and Client Teams.
- interfaced at various levels on the client side.
