Translate intricate technical and analytical insights into clear, compelling presentations for leadership, collaborate closely with business partners to understand needs, and deliver end-to-end solutions that are both innovative and production-ready.

Combine AI systems expertise with engineering fundamentals, excellent storytelling skills, and a passion for building high-impact, future-ready tools.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Applied experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, function calling, and building or enhancing conversational AI interfaces or custom AI agents.
  • Ability to design, build, and maintain advanced analytics dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) with strong grounding in BI best practices, data modeling, and data quality.
  • Experience developing scalable front-end applications using Next.js and modern JavaScript frameworks, with strong UI/UX sensibilities for data products.
  • Ability to architect and maintain data pipelines, ingestion workflows, and analytics platforms, including parsing complex content (HTML, PDFs, embedded images) for search or RAG use.
  • Proven ability to build AI-powered analytics features, automated insights, and conversational interfaces for business intelligence applications.

  • Capable of owning full life-cycle development-from ideation and prototyping through deployment, iteration, and long-term maintenance-with minimal oversight.
  • Backend or full-stack engineering foundation with experience building APIs, microservices, cloud-based deployments, and observability/debugging workflows.
  • Familiarity with vector stores (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, Azure Cognitive Search), LLM model behavior, and RAG workflow integration.
