Job Description

A technology-forward investment firm in New York, NY is looking for a Business Systems Trainer specializing in DealCloud for a long-term contract. As the firm retires Salesforce, you will be the lead educator ensuring the internal workforce stays productive and informed. This is a hybrid role (3 days on-site) that includes occasional, fully compensated travel to regional hubs like Houston.

The #1 feature of this role is the impact: you are the face of a firm-wide technological evolution. We are looking for an energetic, tech-savvy communicator who can take a room full of high-performing bankers and turn them into DealCloud power users. If you love the "lightbulb moment" when a user realizes a new tool makes their life easier, this is your stage. You will get deep, hands-on experience with bespoke FinTech configurations and the opportunity to build a comprehensive training library from the ground up.

Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Required Skills & Experience

2-5 years of experience in corporate training, professional onboarding, or sales operations.
Technical experience training internal staff on CRM platforms (Salesforce or DealCloud).
Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.
Ability to work a hybrid NYC schedule (3 days on-site).

Desired Skills & Experience

Background in FinTech or Capital Markets.
Experience with video editing or creating digital training collateral (quick-start guides/FAQs).
Experience managing training logistics for large-scale (500+) user rollouts.

80% DealCloud Training & Workflow Design
20% Microsoft Office Suite (Training Collateral)

Daily Responsibilities:

60% Training Delivery (In-person & Virtual)
20% Content Creation & Documentation
20% Team Collaboration & Feedback Loops
