Position Summary The Mainframe Application Support Lead will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end support, maintenance, and stability of multiple critical mainframe applications within a large-scale banking environment. The role involves leading support teams, ensuring timely incident resolution, managing application performance, coordinating with development and infrastructure teams, and driving continuous improvements. Expertise in IBM Mainframe technologies and prior experience working in financial services or banking operations is highly preferred
