Contract | 12 Months | On-Site
Shifts Available: 9am-6pm CST or 11am-8pm CST (Saturday rotation)
Overview
TEKsystems is partnering with Georgia-Pacific on a major
2026 enterprise initiative supporting a large-scale Bring Your Own Device
(BYOD) transition. This project will impact roughly 9,000 users, and
we are hiring two Help Desk Support Technicians to assist employees as
they migrate their devices.
This is an excellent opportunity to support a high-visibility,
enterprise-level effort within a Fortune 500 environment.
Responsibilities
  • Provide phone-based help desk support for employees transitioning to BYOD devices
  • Assist users with:
    • Password resets
    • PIN setup
    • Permission updates
    • Routing numbers and device transition steps
  • Work tickets within a standard ticketing system (ServiceNow experience preferred)
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and clear communication
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to device access, authentication, and user setup
  • Collaborate with the Digital Workplace Services team to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution
  • Work on-site at the Koch campus Monday-Friday; Saturday coverage is remote (rotating schedule)

Required Skills
  • Help Desk / Service Desk experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with phone support and ticketing systems
  • Ability to perform password resets, account permissions, and basic troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Windows 10, Office 365, and general desktop support concepts

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Previous enterprise support experience
  • Understanding of BYOD environments

Work Schedule
  • Shift 1: 9am-6pm CST (1-hour lunch)
  • Shift 2: 11am-8pm CST (1-hour lunch)
  • Saturday rotation: 9am-6pm CST (remote)

Work Environment
  • On-site at 4111 E 37th St N, Wichita, KS 67220
  • Saturday shifts can be worked from home
  • Collaborative environment within the Digital Workplace Services division
