Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs within the Utilities industry (Electric, Gas, Water). This role is critical in driving end-to-end program execution across all workstreams, while providing real-time program health insights, governance, and executive-level visibility.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex, multi-year S/4HANA programs spanning functional, technical, data, integration, and business transformation streams, with a strong focus on program health monitoring, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Program Leadership (S/4HANA Transformation)
Lead and manage large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs across all workstreams:
o Utilities-specific modules (IS-U / Customer Billing / Metering / Device Management)
o Finance (FI/CO), Procurement (MM), Supply Chain (EWM), Asset Management (PM), HR
o Data Migration, Integration, Testing, Cutover, and Deployment

Drive alignment between business transformation goals and SAP solution delivery
Ensure successful delivery across multiple phases (Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Hypercare)
