Summary
Job Title: Oracle HRMS/HCM with Compensation
Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Compensation modules in Oracle HRMS (EBS R12) and Oracle Cloud HCM
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Design and configure compensation processes, including:
- Salary planning
- Merit increases
- Bonus plans
- Stock/equity (LTI) programs
- Compensation cycles and budgets
- Manage and support Total Rewards / Compensation planning cycles
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams for compensation alignment
- Integrate compensation with:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Benefits
- Talent Management
- Work with technical teams on:
- Reports (OTBI / BI Publisher)
- Data migration (HDL)
- Integrations (OIC / APIs)
Required Skills
Core Functional Expertise
- Strong experience in Oracle HRMS (EBS) and/or Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workforce Compensation
- Salary Administration
- Bonus & Incentive Plans
- Good understanding of Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes
Oracle Cloud Skills
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Compensation module
- Knowledge of:
- Workforce Compensation setup
- Compensation plans, components, and eligibility
- Budgeting and approval workflows
- OTBI and BI Publisher reporting
- HDL (HCM Data Loader)
