Location: Connecticut (CT) preferred, but open to relocation.(Onsite)
Experience: 12 Years

Need Previous experience with Elevance Health (Anthem)

MUST HAVE:

Strong Java Development
Angular (v8+)
Spring Boot
Microservices
Kafka
Redis
AWS
Team Leadership experience (Onshore/Offshore teams)
REST API Development
Git

Preferred Industry Experience

Need Previous experience with Elevance Health (Anthem)

Key Responsibilities

Lead development and delivery of enterprise applications.
Develop frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript.
Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and caching with Redis.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
Mentor developers and independently lead distributed teams.

Nice to Have

Experience with AI coding tools such as Windsurf, Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
Healthcare domain experience.
Docker/Kubernetes experience.

Important Notes

Candidate should be capable of leading a team independently.
Experience managing onshore and offshore resources is required.
Candidates located in Connecticut (CT) or willing to relocate will be preferred.
Elevance Health (Anthem) experience is a strong advantage
