Title Principal Enterprise AI Architect

Role Overview:
As a Principal Enterprise AI Architect, you will lead the design and execution of large-scale enterprise AI platforms powered by Gemini Enterprise and Claude Enterprise. You will define the AI-first architecture blueprint across data, applications, security, and automation layers enabling intelligent, contextual, and governed AI experiences for organizations with over 20,000+ employees. You will shape the AI operating system of global enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Platform Architecture: Define the end-to-end architecture for enterprise-wide GenAI platforms, designing multi-model orchestration (Gemini, Claude, open models) and building agentic AI frameworks for task decomposition and multi-agent orchestration.
- Enterprise Integration: Architect deep, secure integrations across M365/Google Workspace, CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), ERP (SAP, Oracle), HRMS (Workday), ITSM (ServiceNow), IAM (Okta, Ping, Sailpoint, EntraID), and specialized Supply Chain/Finance systems.
- Knowledge & Context Layer: Design the enterprise knowledge fabric utilizing vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), knowledge graphs, and RAG pipelines to ensure contextual intelligence across structured and unstructured workflows.
- Security & Governance: Define AI governance aligned to strict data privacy (PII, PHI) and implement role-based access controls (RBAC/ABAC), AI guardrails, policy engines, and risk controls for auditability and explainability.
- Performance & Scalability: Architect for high availability, low latency, and cost optimization across a multi-cloud strategy (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in enterprise architecture and distributed systems, with a proven track record of large-scale enterprise deployments (10k+ users).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in GenAI/LLM architecture (RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering), enterprise integration patterns (APIs, event-driven, middleware), and modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, lakehouse).
- Differentiators: Hands-on experience building or leading production-grade agentic AI systems, navigating AI governance frameworks, and delivering strong executive communication at the CIO/CISO/CTO level.
