As one of the newest Chenega companies, Chenega Defense & Aerospace Solutions (CDAS) was developed with the purpose of providing expert Engineering and Technical Support Services to federal customers.

The All-Source Analyst supports an Intelligence Office Current Threat Branch by analyzing, integrating, and assessing intelligence related to adversarial Unmanned Systems (UXS) activities, capabilities, tactics, and emerging threats. This position is responsible for synthesizing information from multiple intelligence disciplines, operational reporting, technical analyses, and mission partners to develop actionable intelligence that supports operational planning, threat awareness, and decision-making.

Working within a fast-paced operational environment, the analyst supports current intelligence activities through threat monitoring, intelligence reporting, indications and warning, briefing development, and response to time-sensitive intelligence requirements. The ideal candidate is an experienced intelligence professional with strong analytical skills, an understanding of modern threat environments, and the ability to communicate complex intelligence assessments to leadership and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and integrate intelligence from multiple sources to assess adversarial UXS activities, capabilities, tactics, techniques, procedures (TTPs), and emerging threats.
  • Monitor global threat reporting, operational activities, and intelligence developments to maintain situational awareness and support current intelligence operations.
  • Produce and disseminate intelligence summaries, threat assessments, operational updates, indications and warning products, briefings, and analytic reports.
  • Integrate operational reporting, technical exploitation findings, systems analysis, network analysis, collection reporting, and partner information into comprehensive intelligence assessments.
  • Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and support time-sensitive intelligence requirements in support of leadership, operational planners, and mission partners.
  • Coordinate with intelligence analysts, operational personnel, technical experts, Combatant Commands, military Services, and interagency partners to facilitate intelligence sharing and mission support.
  • Identify intelligence gaps, collection opportunities, emerging operational trends, and evolving adversary capabilities impacting counter-UXS operations.
  • Support the development of situational awareness products and current threat assessments for senior leaders and operational stakeholders.
  • Maintain awareness of foreign UXS developments, enabling technologies, threat networks, and operational employment methods.
  • Contribute to analytic working groups, intelligence exchanges, and collaborative assessments supporting the JIATF 401 mission.
  • Ensure intelligence products are timely, accurate, relevant, and aligned with operational requirements.
  • Support mission planning and decision-making through detailed intelligence analysis and reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, National Security Studies, Political Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
  • 5+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis in a Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, federal law enforcement, or national security environment.
  • Experience analyzing intelligence from multiple intelligence disciplines and producing written intelligence products.
  • Experience developing intelligence summaries, briefings, assessments, and operational reporting.
  • Active Top Secret with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
  • Successfully pass background and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI
  • Experience supporting Counter-UAS/Counter-UXS, homeland defense, irregular threats, or emerging technology missions.
  • Experience supporting Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, Intelligence Community organizations, or interagency intelligence operations.
  • Knowledge of foreign unmanned systems, adversary networks, emerging technologies, and associated threat environments.
  • Experience integrating technical intelligence, exploitation reporting, cyber intelligence, signals intelligence, or network analysis into all-source assessments.
  • Experience supporting current intelligence, indications and warning, watch operations, or operational intelligence centers.
  • Familiarity with intelligence collection management processes and intelligence requirements development.
  • Previous experience supporting time-sensitive intelligence production and operational decision-making.
  • Completion of military or government intelligence analyst training programs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to work onsite in Arlington or Alexandria, Virginia.
  • Familiarity with intelligence reporting systems, databases, and analytic methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of intelligence analysis principles, methodologies, tradecraft, and intelligence production processes.
  • Knowledge of all-source intelligence integration and the application of multiple intelligence disciplines to complex threat assessments.
  • Knowledge of adversarial UXS capabilities, operational employment, tactics, techniques, procedures, and emerging threat trends.
  • Knowledge of intelligence reporting, indications and warning, collection processes, and operational intelligence support.
  • Knowledge of Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, Combatant Command, and interagency intelligence operations.
  • Ability to evaluate, analyze, correlate, and synthesize large volumes of information from multiple sources into actionable intelligence products.
  • Ability to identify intelligence gaps, emerging threats, operational trends, and adversary capabilities affecting mission objectives.
  • Ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate intelligence reports, assessments, briefing materials, and decision-support products.
  • Ability to integrate technical exploitation, operational reporting, network analysis, collection reporting, and partner information into comprehensive threat assessments.
  • Ability to support time-sensitive intelligence requirements and operate effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex intelligence findings to senior leaders, operational personnel, and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with analysts, operators, technical experts, and external mission partners.
  • Strong critical-thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to analytic accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines.

  • Ability to maintain an active TS/SCI clearance and operate effectively within classified environments.
