Logistics Specialist - Santa Ana, CA - Contract - $29-39 Per HR

The position involves coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within departments. Located in Santa Ana, CA, this is a contract role requiring expertise in supply chain and logistics management. Proficiency in generic enterprise resource planning and transportation management systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and customers.
• Develop and maintain reports and KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
• Track and resolve shipping errors and streamline existing processes.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.
• Support team projects and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or 5 years’ experience in logistics management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening.
• Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software and other office applications.
• In-depth understanding of logistics industry standards and best practices.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
